I have always been fascinated by sport, anatomy, and how the body works, which inspired me to qualify as a massage therapist after many years in customer-facing roles.
I trained at St Mary’s University, Twickenham, achieving a VTCT (ITEC) Level 3 Diploma in Massage, with a strong grounding in anatomy, physiology, and client care. My training covered Swedish and holistic massage, plus an introduction to sports and remedial techniques. I also hold an OCR Level 2 Certificate in Fitness Instructing, strengthening my understanding of the body in movement and recovery.
My passion lies in helping people feel restored, revived, and rebalanced — whether that’s easing everyday stress, supporting recovery after activity, or creating space to relax and recharge.
